20 groups and individuals were awarded the 15th Dao Tan Award

Dao Tan (1845-1907) held the position of Governor-General twice, and the position of Minister four times under three Nguyen Dynasty kings: Tu Duc, Dong Khanh, Thanh Thai. He was an upright politician, a great patriot, part of the patriots who fought against French invasion and won independence and freedom for the country.
